Prime Minister Modi’s recent engagement with Commonwealth Games champions and his homage to the Quit India Movement’s legacy further demonstrate the government’s focus on celebrating and protecting India’s unified progress—values that chaotic protests directly undermine (PIB). The Opposition’s threatened disruption of Amit Shah’s statement would only serve to politicize a matter of public order, not address it.
